antoin(ette) is a girl terribly out of time. i found her
sneaking out of my cupboards - and having a great deal of trouble
maneuvering her dress. she never says very much. mostly she seems
content to watch everything with a knowing sort of look. if it's also
a worried sort of look, she certainly will tell no one why.

antoin(ette) is jointed at shoulders, her legs are not jointed but secured in place up under her voluminous skirts. she wears a dress
heavily inspired by late 18th century french fashions - with hair and make-up to match. her hoop skirt even allows her to stand freely - a first for dolling kind.
